The Apostle Paul encouraged the church at Corinth by demonstrating the extravagant generosity of the Macedonians. In spite of the dire circumstances faced by the Macedonians, they made heroic sacrifices above and beyond what any of them thought they could. Ultimately, they boldly went forward, they trusted God and the Bible says “they exceeded expectations” in their generosity. That’s the Ebenezer West way…that’s God’s way!

Seeking a High School Student scholarship from the Educational Scholarship Committee at Ebenezer Baptist Church West?
In order to receive a scholarship from the Education Scholarship Committee, you must complete this application and return it to Dr. Susan M. Williams at smwillia@uga.edu no later than June 1st. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered for a scholarship.
Scholarship recipients MUST be active members of Ebenezer Baptist Church, West and participate in a ministry. Examples are Teen Choir, Usher Ministry, Youth Department, Scouts (Boy or Girl) Music Ministry, MADD Ministry and/or regularly attend Ebenezer Church School classes. If you participated Pre-COIVD, that will qualify you.

Ebenezer Baptist West Youth Meet Senator Raphael Warnock in the Heart of Washington DC!
The vibrant and enthusiastic youth of Ebenezer Baptist West embarked on an unforgettable journey to Washington, DC, from July 10th to 13th. Guided by their amazing Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Daryl G. Bloodsaw, and joined by dedicated adult members of the church, they were set for an epic experience.
Our bright-eyed young minds gathered on the grand steps of the US Capitol, filled with awe and excitement. But that wasn’t the best part! They had the incredible honor of meeting Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock himself! A true champion of civil rights and an advocate for social justice.
