Membership Profile Update
As this is the Year of Transition, the church office is transitioning as well. This year, the church has decided to incorporate a new software system that connects and grows our church.
As mentioned in the church business meeting, we plan to launch our new church software, Realm, in segments. Before we launch our highly anticipated software, there are housekeeping items we need to take care of first. In order to transfer accurate information into our new database successfully we need to verify that your information on file is correct. Beginning Sunday, May 5th, the church office will initiate a session for verification. Immediately following service, in the Fellowship Hall, our staff will have profile cards with your information. Blank spaces on these profile cards indicate missing information from you. We will need you to fill in the missing fields in order to get your information transformed accurately into our new system.
In the Fellowship Hall, there will be four different tables set up. The tables will be placed alphabetically according to your last name and for your convenience. Table 1 will house the profile cards for letters A-G; Table 2 H-M; Table 3 N-S; Table 4 T-Z. This process should take each individual no longer than 5-7 minutes to complete. With all of your support and participation, I know we will have a smooth and successful transition into our new Realm software!
